Rate conditions

• Cleaning costs, tourist tax and administration costs are included in the price
• Bed linen, kitchen and bath towels (1 large, 2 small and 1 washcloth per person) are included in the price.
• Gas, water and light are included
• We ask a deposit of € 150,- per gîte, which must be paid at the time of final booking. On the day of departure the deposit will be refunded.
• Extra bathroom towels can be rented for € 10 (towel large 2x / towel small 2x / 2x washcloth)
• A washing machine can be used (€ 5 per time incl. detergent)
• Your reservation is final with the deposit of 50% of the rent. The other 50% must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date. When making a reservation 6 weeks before the arrival date, the rent must be paid at once.
• It can of course always happen that you unfortunately have to cancel your holiday. In case of cancellation 6 weeks before the arrival date, the full rent, with deduction of € 25 administration costs, will be refunded. For cancellations up to 2 weeks before the arrival date, 50% will be refunded. If cancelled from 2 weeks to the arrival date there will be no refund. Due to legal measures regarding COVID-19 (closing borders etc.) the full rental price will be returned.
